Videoconference Cost

The cost of a videoconference varies with the location of the bureau and ISDN charges involved. There is also a single scheduling fee of £50/$85. Discounts are available for volume bookings. The scenarios below are examples of some of the meetings Eyenetwork has organised. The cost per hour of each location is shown when you use the search for a bureau feature at our search page or contact us directly to find out the cost of your meeting.

Scenario 1

Customer in New Zealand does not have videoconference equipment and wants to connect to a colleague who does have equipment in New York. We hire the Auckland, New Zealand site and the New York colleague pays for the call.

Total cost for an hour: £145 / €200 / $245
Scenario 2

Customer does not have any equipment and wants to hire a room in the UK to link with Islamabad for 1 hour. We hire the UK site and the Pakistan site for 2 hours and arrange for the calls to be connected @256kbs.

Total cost: £446 / €625 / $760
Scenario 3

Recruitment company has its own equipment in Paris and wants to interview 5 people in 5 different locations on the same day. They want Moscow, Brisbane, Brussels, Paris and Brunei.

We find the 5 locations, check the times zones, and send a map of each location along with the booking confirmation. The costs would be, for 1 hour in each site during office hours, with no call charges:

  • Moscow £150 / €187 / $255
  • Brisbane £100 / €125 / $200
  • Brussels £100 / €125 / $200
  • Paris £110 / €137 / $220
  • Brunei £100 / €125 / $200
A scheduling fee of £50 / €65 / $85 per site would also apply.
Scenario 4

A CPS solicitor needs to get evidence from a witness in Colombia. The Crown Court has its own equipment. We book the Colombia room for 3 hours and request that a Koran is made available for the witness.

Cost of booking the room for 3 hours, with scheduling fee: £350 / €440 / $700
